Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. loaded does not accept cash, third-party payments, or deposits from payment methods not registered in your name. Balances associated with accounts closed due to Terms violations may be forfeited. loaded is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of account suspension where such suspension was carried out in accordance with these Terms.
All content on the loaded platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and page layouts, is the intellectual property of loaded or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the express written permission of loaded. The loaded name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of loaded and may not be used without authorisation. Unauthorised use of loaded's intellectual property may result in legal action. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Philippine law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. loaded's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and loaded with respect to your use of the platform.
